REVOLUTIONIZING IT SUPPORT WITH AI

Let's be direct: the lengthy pedigree you see on most founders' pages isn't what you'll find here. My approach to problem-solving was shaped less by a prestigious university network and more by my mother—a strong, independent woman who led our family through difficult times and taught me the value of resilience and a clear sense of direction.

After years as a Risk Expert at Walmart Global Tech India, I saw a recurring, universal problem. Companies, big and small, were constantly facing resource and personnel challenges when trying to staff their IT support desks. The model felt broken, and talented people were stretched thin.

Many people cautioned me against leaving a stable role to jump into the crowded Indian startup scene, but the problem was too important to ignore. So, about a year ago, I returned to my hometown of Pune to be closer to my family and founded Help Desk Support Now.

We spent the last year in stealth mode with a small team of friends helping build the infrastructure, and we're now emerging to offer our solution: providing AI-as-a-Service through agentic AI to support and streamline IT functions.

My philosophy is different because I don't have a long history in this specific space to tell me how things should be done. Instead, we're focused on what works. Our vision is to provide indispensable support to any company that needs it, all while maintaining the dedicated feel and focus of a small business.
